Membership Information
Membership
in FASCA of TN is open to any freestanding ambulatory surgical facility
licensed in Tennessee and to organizations directly involved in
the management of freestanding ambulatory surgical facilites in the
State of Tennessee.
An application
for membership must be submitted in writing on an application
form provided by the organization. A check for the annual
dues should be included with the application. Current annual
fees are $1000 per facility.
